From the inner coast roads, to the hairpins of the north side and through the mountain view paths – we will feel at home and fall in love.

Type
This is our unique FLEX tour by design. As a Guided or Self-Guided tour, with difficulty parameters that can be adjusted on the fly by the group. more riding? less km? Swim stops? choose your way.
Start/End
We can start both from Athens or Thessaloniki, but we recommend to start from Thessaloniki. We will start every riding day from Volos, So we can enjoy the city in the evenings and nights. Last day we will ride hard to see some extra POI before returning the motorcycles.
Distance
Total of ~1200 km tour, Flexible for changes. Don't be fool by the low KM in some of the days. they are hard full days of tight riding, with beach stops that can push our schedule.
Duration
5 days of riding. start & finsh days are also a riding days! no time wasted. With a flex flights schedule - It is possible to frame the whole vacation in only 5 days. Or you can plan staying an evening or two in the beautiful city of Thessaloniki.
Roads type
Road quality vary from L2 to L3. Avoiding highways on the majority of the distance. 100% paved "Greece grade". Some parts can be damaged after heavy rain season.
Skills
The base tour plan require advanced riding skills. Some roads will required extra attention and control, with some amount of hairpins But route is flexible by design and can be adjusted to fit the group riding level.
Buttocks Power
Bronze Ass badge will be enough here. most days are between 4-6 hours of saddle time. Do not be fooled by short days of low km count. Pelion roads are extra twisty and demand extra concentration.
Motorcycles
It is recommended to have at least 500 cc motorcycle for this route. Although even a decent executive scooter of 300 cc can join and enjoy it. We also recommend riding light. And in case a riding pillion joins you - 650 cc and up is preferable.
Accommodation
Pelion is known for its traditional hotels and guesthouses. Many are comfy and have home-like feeling but lack the modern touch. We will stay in Volos every night, in Hotel that will let us relax and enjoy the city in the end of each riding day.

We will start the day relaxed, shopping for any missing riding equipment, Eating at Ladadika, only then we will start heading south on the highway, but we will AVOID it asap and go around the Olympus, on the beautiful rural roads away from the highway - to Volos. Our welcome dinner will be the one you will fall in love with the local Tzipouradikos concept.

We will ride today on the inner pelion road, along the coastal line, "till the end". We will stop for coffee at melina, where any stop is too short. We will have our sea oriented lunch in Agia Kiryaki, a small heaven spot. We will ride back before sunset, so we can enjoy the city at night.

We will start our ride in an hidden side road known by local riders. with the best view you can get on the gulf. We will continue for pelion circle, stopping for coffee at one of the most beautiful beaches of the east side. On our way back, we will enjoy our dinner at beautiful Makrinitzia, hoping to catch some beautiful sunset pictures before riding down back to volos.

We will do today the pelion circle on the other direction. We will start by going up to Xania pass via Drakia, then we will visit and the Mama-Mia village of Damuchari. driving the way back from Tsagarada and the beautiful road of Millies were we will eat dinner, and back to Volos.

Today we will push ourselves to start early, riding the rural roads of Farsala and while avoiding all - getting to Meteora monasteries. We will eat in an hidden local taverna, and then we will try to find powers to skip the highway, see the amazing museum of Philipos, on our way back to Thessaloniki, to return our motorcycles and take our memories back home.

Optional starting / finish points for this tour can be Athens instead of Thessaloniki. But we recommend to start in Thessaloniki, The roads are way more interesting, it is also 200km shorter, and its totally worth the cost.
